Demolition Work
Our company performs selective, conventional and marine demolition services. Selective demolition is the partial or sectional demolition of structures.  Conventional demolition is the total demolition of structures using heavy equipment.  Marine demolition is the demolition of docks or structures build over water and the removal of piles.

Concrete Recycling
Toledo Engineering recycles up to 97% of concrete debris obtained from the demolition activities.  Debris is recycled using a portable concrete crusher machine.  Once the concrete is crushed it is used as aggregate A-1-a.  The recycled material can be used by the owner of the project for future construction and foundation work.  The recycling service can be done at the project site or at our recycling premises.

Wood and Vegetation Recycling
Toledo Engineering Corp. recycles up to 85% of wood debris obtained from the demolition projects.  Debris is recycled using a portable chipper machine.  Once the wood and trees are crushed it is used as mulch.   The recycling service can be done at the project site or at our recycling premises.

Debris Hauling
Our company will take care of all the debris hauling activities related to its projects.  All our dump trucks have the required permits by the Public Commission and the EQB (Environmental Quality Board) to transport non toxic waste.

Environmental Surveys
Environmental surveys services are offered as part of demolition projects.  An environmental survey is performed by certified personnel by the EQB (Environmental Quality Board).  The survey includes the inspection of the structures and premises to be demolished, a findings report, results of all samples taken, and a final certification of the toxic materials found. 

Environmental Abatement
TEC is a certified contractor to perform abatement services in Puerto Rico. All our workforce is certified by the EQB and EPA.  The abatement services include filling of all requested permits to Local and Federal Government Agencies, supervision of the work, and waste disposal to certified landfills.

Recycling of Ferrous Materialsls
Toledo Engineering recycles up to 95% of ferrous materials. Steel, aluminum and cooper are hauled outside the project site and delivered to authorized recycling centers.

Permits
Toledo Engineering Corp. performs all the required permits for Federal and Local Government Agencies required by each project.  The permits are done internally by our company’s staff assuring our clients that all the information filled will be accurate, fast and specific for their project.  The permits include:
